Golf Genius GGID is Bandon23Gilb
- The Golf Genius app has tee times, pairings, and results each day.
- The first player in each Foursome is responsible for online scoring. The GGID will be provided. Another player is to keep a written copy too. GHIN posting will done by Bob via golf genius
- Team game, skins, and low net each day.
- All done on Golf Genius no cash required.
- $25 per player per day.
- Settle up on Splitwise.

- Splitwise will be used to track shared expenses. Please do not Settle up on Tuesday until you hear the final okay from Bob. He will check with everyone to be sure all expenses are included. Scott Wiltamuth, Bob Janson & Bob Gilb will be available to assist entering expenses. Please allocate the wine, corkage fees and other alcohol drinks appropriately (exclude non-drinkers).
- For those who want to go 36, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. You can arrange when you get there or plan by calling ahead.
- Massage can be arranged by calling 541-347-5916
- We all have Tee times for Bandon Preserve on Sunday. IF you are not going to play this Par 3 course, let Bob know immediately to free up this Tee time.
- Check-In: The Grove check-in is not always staffed. You can call 541-347-4380 as you get close to the resort to see if anyone is there or you can just check in at the main lodge when you arrive. It’s likely the Cottage would not be available when we arrive.
- Check-Out: Check out is at 11am: The front desk will check you out automatically after 11 am. At the main Lodge, there are locker rooms with showers downstairs if you need them.
Caddies
- The caddie fee is $100 cash per bag, per round “plus” gratuity ($25-50 per player).
- You can get caddie cash when you check in at each golf shop and charge to your room
