- Splitwise will be used to track expenses which you can see here. Please do not settle up on Monday until you hear the final okay from Greg. He will check with everyone to be sure all expenses are included.
- One player in each foursome needs to do online scoring. The GGID is noted below. Another player is to keep a written copy too. GHIN posting will done by Greg via golf genius
- Bring a modest amount of cash; and raingear just in case.
- Massage can be arranged by calling 541-347-5916
- Let Marty know if there are any known changes to restaurant Dinner reservations
- Check-In: In addition to the check-in at The Lodge, you can check-in at The Inn. Bandon said they will have extra staff for us at The Inn starting at 10am.
- Check-Out: Checking out is at 11am: The front desk will check you out automatically after 11 am. At the main Lodge, there are locker rooms with showers downstairs if you need them.
Caddies
- Caddies will be requested if you completed the form Greg sent out. If you want a specific caddie, call 541-347-5909
- The caddie fee is $100 per bag, per round plus gratuity.
- You can get caddie cash when you check in at each golf shop and charge to your room
- Your golf bag should be a carry bag with a stand and not exceed 25 lbs.

Charter Flight Notes
- Itinerary
- 9/12 Seattle to Bandon
- Depart Boeing Field 8:00 a.m. (Plan to be at the airport at 7:30 a.m. or earlier.)
- Arrive at Bandon State ~9:24 a.m. (We will shuttle from the airport to the resort.)
- 9/16 Bandon to Seattle
- Depart Bandon State 3:00 p.m. (We will shuttle from the resort to the airport.)
- Arrive at Boeing Field ~4:24 p.m.
- Other notes on the flight
- Scott will pay for everything (flight, shuttles, tips for shuttle drivers) and enter it into SplitWise. There is no pre-payment, so no one needs to pay me in advance for anything. Not a cent!
- Scott will do some light coordination so that some people can carpool to Boeing Field.
- Parking is free at Boeing Field. “Parking is available at the terminal for visitors and airline passengers. Park in any numbered space and give the number of that parking space to the airline when you check in for your flight. There is currently no charge for parking.”
- You can bring your golf clubs on the plane. There is no need for a travel case of any kind; we don’t want the extra weight or bulk, so leave it at home. Some people like to use ShipSticks to send their clubs ahead; feel free to do that.
- We have two planes. They are both Pilatus PC-12 NG.
